No, you are not allowed to bring your dog or another pet to the farm. We have lots of friendly animals on the farm that you can meet!

B&B

What are your cancellation rules for B&B?2023-12-20T15:05:31+01:00

If you cancel your booking before 30 days before arrival, you will receive the whole amount back except the booking fee. The booking fee is 10% of the total cost, but at least 600 SEK/room.

Refund is not possible if you cancel closer than 30 days before arrival.

Is there any supermarket nearby?2023-12-20T15:05:03+01:00

The closest convenience store is located in Kvidinge, about 7 km from the farm. A bigger supermarket is located in Klippan, about 9 km from the farm. If you are hiking to the farm, we recommend you to bring your food with you our book food from us.

Do you have a barbeque?2023-12-20T15:04:48+01:00

If you are an overnight quest at our farm, you are welcome to use our cozy barbeque huts by our lakes our borrow an outside barbeque by the house. Please contact us if you want to book the barbeque huts, to make sure there are room for you. It is possible to buy charcoal, lighter fluid and matches from us if you like. Barbequing/making a fire is strictly prohibited if it is dry.

Can we eat dinner at the farm?2023-12-20T15:04:25+01:00

You are welcome to eat dinner at the farm! We need to have a minimum of 10 guests for the kitchen to open. Please contact us before you arrive, if you would like to make a booking. Please read more here if you are interested.

In other cases, it is possible to buy a dinner-package with ingredients for a simple dinner that you cook by yourself. You have access to a fully equipped kitchen and you are welcome to bring your own food as well.

We will organize another alternative for you, regardless of what type of allergy you have! Please contact us about what type of allergy you have when you do your booking.

At what time is breakfast served?2023-12-20T14:57:03+01:00

At several numbers of guests, we serve the breakfast as a buffet between 08:30-09:30 (am). In case of fewer amount of guests, the breakfast is served in the kitchen for self-service. Please talk to us if you wish to have your breakfast at another time!

At our breakfast, we serve home-baked bread with butter, marmalade, cheese, ham and vegetables as well as eggs, fruit, yoghurt, granola, cornflakes, porridge. We offer tea, coffee and juice to drink.

Our check-out time is at 10:00 (10 am) at the latest. Please leave the key to one of our staff.

Our check-in time are from 16:00 (4pm). Please message us your estimated arrival time so that we are close by to welcome you.

Please note that some activities needs to be pre-booked before you arrive. For example riding tours and nature guides.

Horse ridning

What are your cancellation rules for riding tours?2023-12-20T15:08:11+01:00

Cancellation is possible until 1 week before the tour. If you cancel the whole arrangement after that, you get a 50% refund of the total amount. If some riders cancel you get a 50% refund per rider. There needs to be a minimum of 4 riders to go through with the tour.

How old do you have to be to do horse riding?2023-12-20T15:07:44+01:00

We don’t have any age limit on our riding tours. Instead we adapt the tour to the one in the group with the least riding experience. Please contact us if you need someone to lead the horse or any other support from the ground while you ride, and we will find a good solution.

What kind of horse riding do you offer?2023-12-20T15:07:28+01:00

We offer horseback riding on Icelandic horses, but also try riding, riding for disabled and equine assisted physiotherapy. Please read more here!

At Söderåsens Forsgård, our ambition is to pursue a sustainable and responsible business.

We aim to have a long-term work with ecological, economical and social aspects for a sustainable development. We cherish an active work for the environment where our environmental impact is minimized through preventive measures and continuous improvements. An example of this is that we use as many local and Swedish products as we can in our menu.
It is important for us to inspire our guests to live a more sustainable life by having an active lifestyle while caring for our beautiful nature and our natural resources.

We are always developing our business on the farm. It is our ambition to be able to give our guests the possibility to combine tranquility and activity in our fantastic natural settings and it is our vision to have something for everyone. We invite you to come and discover your own experience!
